The session

About this session

SAP’s innovation roadmap is increasingly centred on Cloud ERP, Business AI, BTP, and consumption-based services. We are hearing consistently from SAP end users that they have questions about what is included in their agreements, what will consume additional AI Units or BTP credits, how future costs can be anticipated, and how to build a credible business case when their existing SAP environment continues to work.

If your organisation is working through these questions, you are not alone. Join fellow SAP end users for an open, peer-led discussion about the approaches they are taking, the experiences they have had, and what they are learning as SAP’s commercial models continue to evolve.

Join this session for an interactive discussion on:

  • How peers are approaching licensing and commercial planning for Cloud ERP, BTP, and Business AI
  • What organisations are learning about entitlements, consumption, and potential additional costs
  • How others are building internal business cases when future usage and costs remain difficult to predict
  • What participants have learned through recent contract, renewal, and SAP account-team discussions
  • Where organisations would welcome greater clarity to support future decisions
