The session

About this session

Data can be ready to move into a new SAP system and still leave teams with questions about whether it can support reliable reporting, business decisions or AI. So how do you decide what “ready” means–and who gets to make that call?

In this panel discussion, we'll examine the decisions behind data readiness. They’ll discuss how data gaps surface during transformation, which issues need to be resolved before go-live, and what should be checked before the same data is used for new analytics or AI use cases. Drawing on delivery and data management experience, the panel will explore how to make progress while giving the business confidence in the data it relies on.

What we’ll discuss:

  • How the meaning of “ready” changes with the intended use of the data.
  • Which data issues need action now and which can be managed later.
  • Who should judge readiness and what evidence they need to make the call.
