The session
About this session
Most organisations don't run HR on a single platform. Recruitment, learning, payroll and workforce management systems often sit alongside SAP SuccessFactors, creating fragmented experiences for employees, managers and HR teams. As organisations look to AI to simplify work and improve productivity, the challenge becomes how to deliver a seamless experience when critical HR data and processes live across multiple systems.
In this session, SAP Mentor Chris Paine demonstrates how custom Joule skills can extend SAP's AI copilot beyond standard SAP applications, enabling users to access information, trigger actions and complete tasks across both SAP and non-SAP HR systems through a single conversational experience. Through practical examples and live demonstrations, you'll see how organisations can unlock new value from existing technology investments without needing to migrate every HR process onto a single platform.
